Shaoxing, situated in the central-north of Zhejiang Province, is a national historical and cultural city with a 2,500-year history. Revered as “the land of cultural treasures and fertile fields” and “a museum without walls”, it thrives as a cradle of ancient Yue culture and a renowned land of rivers, bridges, rice wine, and calligraphy in China. This remarkable city has nurtured legendary figures like Wang Xizhi, Wang Yangming, Lu Xun, and Cai Yuanpei. Boasting seamless connectivity, Shaoxing links to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, and enjoys direct high-speed rail access to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, and other metropolitan hubs. 绍兴职业技术学院 About SXVTC

绍兴职业技术学院创建于1999年，是浙江省较早独立设置的高职院校之一，地处国家历史文化名城绍兴。学校以“守正创新”为校训，以“专业成才，精神成人”为培养目标，追求“办品质之学”。学校为2023软科中国民办高职院校排名榜首学校、省第一期第二期“双高”建设单位、省信息化标杆校、省示范性创业学院、省现代学徒制试点单位、省绿色学校、4A级平安校园。

校园占地面积505亩，建筑面积28万平方米，全日制在校生14200余人，现有信息工程学院、范蠡商学院、机电工程与交通学院、建筑与设计艺术学院、医学院、阳明学院6个二级学院，设立计算机应用技术、电子商务、智能制造、轨道交通、现代住建、文化创意、健康医养、学前教育八大专业群36个专业，其中计算机应用技术专业群（A类）、电子商务专业群入选浙江省第一期高职高水平专业群建设名单，计算机应用技术专业群、城市轨道交通通信信号技术专业群入选浙江省第二期高职高水平专业群建设名单。近年来获国家级教学成果奖二等奖2项，省高等教育教学成果奖一等奖2项、二等奖6项，全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛一等奖1项，学生学科技能竞赛、创业实践、就业质量居全省高职院校前列。

学校坚持开放办学，积极开展国际交流与合作。与美国、英国、意大利、匈牙利、韩国、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、保加利亚、东帝汶等国家的高校建立合作关系。现有中外合作办学项目2个。学校积极参与“一带一路”建设，在马来西亚登嘉楼中华总商会设立“越商工坊”，在马来西亚、泰国等国家设立“越医学堂”，其中“中马越医学堂”获批浙江省“一带一路丝路学院”。2023年开始招收留学生。

Founded in 1999, Shaoxing Vocational & Technical College (hereinafter referred to as SXVTC) is one of the earliest independent vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province. It is located in the historical and cultural city of Shaoxing. The college adopts “uphold integrity, strive for innovation” as its motto, and adheres to the educational philosophy of “laying the foundation for life through education and delivering transformative learning that reshapes destinies”. With the training objective of “cultivating professional excellence and nurturing holistic personal growth”, it follows the guiding principle of “rooting education in moral integrity while empowering students with technical expertise”, and strives to “pursue educational excellence and build a legacy of quality”. The school has ranked No. 1 in the 2023 Soft Science (Shanghai Ranking) China Ranking of Private Higher Vocational Colleges. It has also been designated as a development unit for Zhejiang Province’s first and second phases of the “Double High Plan”, a Provincial Informatization Benchmark College, a Provincial Demonstrative Entrepreneurship College, a pilot institution for the province’s Modern Apprenticeship Program, a Provincial Green School, and a Grade-4A Safe Campus.

Covering an area of 505 mu with a building area of 280,000 square meters, there are more than 14,200 full-time students at the college. SXVTC consists of 6 affiliated schools, namely School of Information Engineering, Fan Li Business School, School of Electromechanical Engineering and Transportation, School of Architecture and Design Arts, Medical School, and Yangming School. There are 36 majors from 8 specialty clusters: Computer Application Technology, E-commerce, Intelligent Manufacturing, Rail Transit, Modern Housing and Construction, Cultural Creativity, Health Care and Preschool Education. Computer Application Technology specialty cluster (Category A) and E-commerce specialty cluster have been selected for the first list of high vocational high-level specialty cluster construction in Zhejiang Province, and Computer Application Technology specialty cluster and Urban Rail Transit Communication & Signal Technology specialty cluster have been selected for the second list. The college has won 2 National Education Teaching Achievement Award Second Prize, 2 Provincial Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award First Prizes, 6 Provincial Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award Second Prizes, and 1 National Vocational Colleges Teaching Ability Competition First Prize. Students’ discipline contest, entrepreneurial practice and employment quality rank among the top vocational colleges in Zhejiang province.

SXVTC adheres to open education and proactively conducts international exchanges and cooperation. The college has established cooperative relationships with many universities in America, Britain, Italy, Hungary, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bulgaria, Timor-Leste and other countries. There are currently two Sino-foreign cooperative education programs. The college actively participates in the Belt and Road Initiative. It has established the “Yueshang Studio” at the Terengganu Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Malaysia, and set up Yueyi Institute in Malaysia and Thailand. The Sino-Malaysian Yueyi Institute has been approved as “Belt and Road Silk Road Institute” in Zhejiang Province. The college started admitting international students in 2023.

留学生类别及入学要求 Categories of International Students and Admission Requirements

来华留学生分为学历生和非学历生，我校接受学历教育的留学生类别是三年制专科生，接受非学历教育的留学生类别是语言生。

The international students include diploma and non-diploma students. Diploma students in our college are three-year diploma students. Non-diploma students are students for Chinese language program.

学历生：申请者须持有外国国籍及有效外国普通护照，具有高中毕业证书，身体健康，无犯罪记录，无吸毒史，年龄要求在18至30周岁，汉语水平达到规定标准（HSK-4级或以上）。学校采用创新“1+3”人才培养模式（即1年中文学习+3年专业学习），对于尚未达到HSK-4级的学生，可先进行为期一年的汉语学习，通过考试后再进入专业学习。

本校共有36个专业，中医学、书画艺术（书法）、人工智能技术应用、跨境电子商务、室内艺术设计、机电一体化技术为特色或推荐专业。

Diploma students:Applicants should own a foreign nationality and hold a valid foreign ordinary passport. A high school graduation cerificate is required. Applicants should be in good health,no criminal record,no history of drug use,from 18 to 30. Chinese level should achieve the specified level (HSK-4 or higher). The college innovates the "1+3" talent cultivation method (i.e. one year of Chinese language study and three years of professional study), in which students who have not yet reached the HSK-4 can study Chinese for one year,and then enter the professional study after passing the examination.

The college has a total of 36 majors, with the featured or recommended majors including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Painting and Calligraphy Art (calligraphy), Artificial Intelligence Application, Cross-border E-commerce, Interior Design, and Mechatronics Technology.

非学历生：申请者须持有外国国籍及有效外国普通护照。身体健康，无犯罪记录，无吸毒史，年龄要求在18至30周岁。

本项目面向国际学生，旨在提高其汉语水平，加深对中国文化的理解，或为赴华深造做准备。项目为期1年，采用中英文双语授课，重点涵盖汉语综合、听力、口语、读写、中华传统文化等。

Non-diploma students:Applicants should own a foreign nationality and hold a valid foreign ordinary passport. Applicants should be in good health, no criminal record, no history of drug use,from 18 to 30.

This program is designed for international students interested in improving their Chinese language proficiency, deepening their understanding of Chinese culture, or preparing to further their studies in China. The program lasts for 1 year, with courses taught in both Chinese and English, focusing on comprehensive Chinese, Chinese listening, speaking, reading, writing, traditional Chinese culture, etc.

留学生费用 Required Fees for International Students

说明：

1.以上费用不包括保险、体检、居留许可办理等费用。

2.学校提供2人间住宿，水电费自理。宿舍配备空调、洗衣机、冰箱、电磁炉、微波炉等基本生活设施。床上用品（含棉被、枕头、四件套）可由学校统一代为采购，每套约350元（多退少补），学生自愿购买。

3.代管费、教材等费用学生自理。

4.体检费自理，由绍兴市出入境检验检疫局按实际收取；居留许可费由绍兴市公安局出入境管理局按实际收取。

Note:

The above fees do not include the insurance fee, medical examination fee, residence permit fee and other fees.The college provides double rooms. Water and electricity fees are at the students’ own expense. The dormitory is equipped with basic living facilities including air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave oven, etc.Bedding sets (including a quilt, pillows and a four-piece bed set) can be purchased uniformly by the school on a voluntary basis, at approximately 350 yuan per set (any overpayment will be refunded and any underpayment will be required).

3. International students are responsible for management fees, textbooks and other related expenses.

4. The physical examination fee isself-paid,which is collected by Shaoxing Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau according to the actual situation. The residence permit fee shall be collected by the Entry-exit Administration Bureau of Shaoxing Public Security Bureau according to the actual situation.

奖学金 Scholarship

学校设立留学生奖学金，学历生每生每学年最高可获得14000元奖学金，语言生每生每学年最高可获得5000元奖学金。具体细则将按照《绍兴职业技术学院留学生奖学金评定办法》执行。

The college offers scholarships for international students. For diploma students, the maximum amount that can be obtained is 14,000 RMB per student per academic year; for Chinese language program students, the maximum amount that can be obtained is 5,000 RMB per student per academic year. The specific details will be implemented in accordance with theShaoxing Vocational & Technical College International Student Scholarship Evaluation Regulations.
